CFA Piling
With a team having many
years experience in hollow stem CFA piling, it was a logical
progression to include this system in our range of techniques. We
undertake the design of foundation and retaining structure piles and
now have the capacity to construct with either ‘full size’ plant or
with limited access equipment where width, space, height or weight
constraints apply. Our CFA capability allows us even greater scope
to develop and apply multi-system geotechnical solutions. For
instance, as Main Contractor on Network Rail’s Althorp Embankment
project, we applied CFA piling, soil nailing, gabion basket and
earthworks techniques, based on design by the client’s Engineer.
